Rosmah fails in second bid to recuse judge


KUALA LUMPUR: Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor has failed again in her attempt to disqualify High Court judge Justice Mohamed Zaini Mazlan from presiding over her RM7mil money laundering and tax evasion case.

In his brief decision yesterday, Justice Mohamed Zaini said this was Rosmah’s second attempt to get him to recuse himself from presiding over her case.
