Saarani: Take preventive measures to prevent breakout in Perak

IPOH: Precautionary measures must be taken by the state Immigration Department to ensure that the riot at a detention depot in Bandar Baharu, Kedah, does not happen at the Langkap Immigration depot in Perak, says Datuk Seri Saarani Mohamad.

The Kedah case could occur in Perak if the authorities were not careful, said the Mentri Besar, referring to the “prison break” at the Sri Impian Immigration depot early yesterday.
