PETALING JAYA: With the reopening of the borders, public health experts believe that Covid-19 cases may increase but the country’s high vaccination rate will prevent the healthcare system from being overwhelmed.

The rise in Covid-19 cases, said Universiti Malaya Department of Social and Preventive Medicine Faculty of Medicine’s Prof Dr Moy Foong Ming, was “inevitable”.
