GEORGE TOWN: While food outlet operators are more than delighted to see a surge in patrons at their shops following the reopening of borders, they are, however, faced with the dilemma of getting customers to comply with the standard operating procedure (SOP).

Hameediyah Restaurant director Muhammad Riyaaz Syed Ibrahim said he is happy that business is now back to how it was during pre-pandemic days.
