Johor losses only a blip, says DAP leader Tan Kok Wai

In his opening speech at the 17th DAP national congress Sunday (March 20), the incumbent DAP chairman said the 1995, 1999 and 2005 general elections also saw DAP losing all seats in Johor while winning only one seat in Penang.
