Gen Y on working beyond 60

“I don’t want to work a day after 60. There are lots of things I’d like to buy with my retirement money, like stocking up on my limited edition Liverpool jerseys. Seriously though, extending the retirement age may be needed as life expectancy increases but it will only cause more competition for younger generations. The elderly may also hinder advancement in work processes and efficiency as they may not be tech-savvy or relate to the needs of the younger people.”
