JOHOR BARU: Johor is the state worst-affected by the border shutdown, says Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.
The National Recovery Council (NRC) chairman said about 300,000 Johor residents who commuted to Singapore for work lost their source of income as a result of the border closure.
