Factory operator dies after being pinned down by 5.6 tonnes of sheet glass

MELAKA: A 23-year-old factory operator was killed instantly after a pile of sheet glass weighing about five tonnes collapsed on him at a factory in Jasin, near here.

Jasin OCPD Deputy Supt Mispani Hamdan identified the victim as Muhammad Umar Mohd Shadid from Tangkak, Johor.
