KUALA LUMPUR: The prosecution in the money laundering and tax evasion case involving Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor is filing a preliminary objection (PO) against her application to disqualify lead prosecutor Datuk Seri Gopal Sri Ram.
Sri Ram, who was leading the prosecution team, told Justice Mohamed Zaini Mazlan that the prosecution would be filing a formal document on the PO.
