KUALA LUMPUR: Civil servants opting for either the pension or Employees Provident Fund (EPF) scheme and who wish to apply for the early redemption of Cash Award in Lieu of Leave (GCR) must fulfil several conditions.
The Public Service Department (PSD) said those applying must have served at least 15 years and must have reached the age of 45.
