Next of kin of PJPN recipients eligible for cash payouts, says Bukit Aman

PETALING JAYA: Eligible surviving next of kin of recipients of the Pingat Jasa Pahlawan Negara (PJPN) can register themselves to receive a one-off payment of RM500.

Bukit Aman Management director Comm Datuk Zaini Jass said the registration for both PJPN recipients and eligible surviving next of kin for the one-off payment would begin on Jan 19 and end on April 30.

"Payments will be made to those eligible from June until December 2022," he said in a statement on Wednesday (Jan 19).

Comm Zaini urged all eligible recipients to register and update their details on the ePesara PDRM portal online.

Those who served during the Malayan Emergency but have yet to receive their payment are also urged to check their application status through their respective accounts on ePesara.
