Private clinics suffered losses due to floods

PETALING JAYA: Medicine supplies and medical equipment were destroyed at over 40 private clinics in the country during the recent floods.

Most of the affected clinics are in the Klang and Sri Muda area in Selangor, with damage estimated between RM300,000 and RM500,000 in each clinic, said Malaysian Medical Association (MMA) president Dr Koh Kar Chai.
