Lorry driver fined RM2,000 for transferring cows without permission of veterinary service director

BUTTERWORTH: A lorry driver was fined RM2,000 by the Magistrate's Court here on Friday (Dec 10) after he pleaded guilty to transferring 21 cows without the permission of the Director of the Penang Veterinary Service Department (JPV) last January.

Mohd Aidil Abdul Halim, 40, made the plea after the charge was read out to him before Magistrate Noor Farah Hazwani Osman.
