Covid-19: Police investigating breach of SOP by a group of men at toyshop

KUALA LUMPUR: Investigations are underway to identify a group of people who allegedly broke Covid-19 standard operating procedure (SOP) at a toyshop here.

Cheras OCPD Asst Comm Muhammad Idzam Jaafar, in a statement, said the incident on Dec 3 allegedly occurred at a shopping mall.

"A photo of the incident was brought to our attention on Dec 5, involving a group of men who did not obey social distancing at the shop.

"Investigations are underway to identify the individuals involved," he said on Sunday (Dec 5).

ACP Muhammad Idzam said police would take action without compromise if they were found to have broken the SOP.
