Syed Saddiq's case transferred to High Court


KUALA LUMPUR: The Sessions Court here on Tuesday (Nov 30) transferred the case of Muar Member of Parliament Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman (pic), who is facing four charges of criminal breach of trust (CBT), misappropriation of funds and money laundering, to the High Court.

Judge Azura Alwi transferred the case after Deputy Public Prosecutor Wan Shaharuddin Wan Ladin informed the court that the High Court had allowed the application by Syed Saddiq last Nov 25.
