GEORGE TOWN: After a one-year hiatus, it’s all systems go for the Thaipusam festival on Jan 18 next year, including the Golden Chariot and the kavadi procession.

Penang Hindu Endowments Board (PHEB) chairman Dr P. Ramasamy said the festival would be held under strict conditions.
