KUALA LUMPUR: The Court of Appeal has rejected an application by Datuk Seri Najib Razak to defer the Dec 8 decision date in his appeal involving the RM42mil SRC International Sdn Bhd case.
In a letter signed by deputy registrar Mohd Khairi Haron, it was stated that Najib’s application, dated Nov 23, was “rejected”.
