Covid-19: Downward trend in most major indicators, says Health DG


PETALING JAYA: There has been a downward trend in most major Covid-19 indicators compared with last week, says Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah.

“Compared with the previous week, there is a drop of 13.1% in new Covid-19 cases. The average number of cases has reduced by 7% from 70,829 cases to 65,573, and the decline in the number of active cases has been consistent over the nine weeks,” said the Health director-general.
