JOHOR BARU: The mechanism for padi seed distribution to farmers nationwide will be further improved to avoid delays, says Agriculture and Food Industries Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ronald Kiandee.
“Several incidents have been reported in Kedah, but it is not because of a lack of seeds or delay in the distribution, but due to the high demand for a specific variety of rice.
