IPOH: The Hilir Perak police have arrested three men following the emergence of a video that showed a backhoe ramming and pushing away a four-wheel-drive vehicle in Labu Kubong.
Hilir Perak OCPD Asst Comm Ahmad Adnan Basri said the three men were arrested on Saturday (Oct 9) after receiving a police report from a 24-year-old farm owner on Wednesday (Oct 6).
