KUALA LUMPUR: A study on the need for a regulatory mechanism for online travel agents (OTA) is being carried out to ensure better quality of service for consumers, the Dewan Rakyat was told.
Tourism, Arts and Culture Minister Datuk Seri Nancy Shukri said, however, any decision will take into account the views of all parties, from travel booking platforms to accommodation providers.
