PUTRAJAYA: The corruption trial of Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor, who is accused of graft involving a solar hybrid project in Sarawak, must continue on Tuesday (Oct 5), says the Court of Appeal.
A three-man bench, chaired by Justice Kamaludin Md Said, dismissed Rosmah’s application for a stay of proceedings in her criminal trial pending an appeal to disqualify lead prosecutor Datuk Seri Gopal Sri Ram from conducting the prosecution in the case and to nullify the trial.
