Sarawak Socso: Over RM750,000 paid to those infected with Covid-19 at workplaces

SIBU: The Sarawak Social Security Organisation (Socso) has paid RM772,761 in compensation to employees infected with Covid-19 at workplaces, involving 1,045 cases from January to September this year.

Its director Philip Sangkan said Socso received a total of 1,713 applications but only 1,045 were approved.
