EMCO in Kg Sungai Padi in Lipis extended until Oct 16, says NSC

KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): The enhanced movement control order (MCO) in Kampung Sungai Padi, Lipis, Pahang, which is scheduled to end tomorrow, has been extended to Oct 16, says the National Security Council (NSC).

In a statement, NSC director-general Datuk Rodzi Md Saad said the extension was made after studying the analyses of the Health Ministry on the current risks and trends of Covid-19 infection in the locality.

In a Facebook post on Friday (Oct 1), he added that the enhanced MCO in Kampung Air, Beluran, Sabah, which began on Sept 19, will be lifted tomorrow as scheduled. - Bernama
