Oct 21 court decision on bid to challenge delay in implementing Undi18


KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): The High Court here has fixed Oct 21 to decide on the legal action by 18 youths challenging the government's delay in implementing Undi18, a move to lower the voting age to 18 and enable automatic voter registration (AVR).

On behalf of the Undi18 movement, the youths had filed a judicial review application and named former prime minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, the government and the Election Commission (EC) as respondents.
