PUTRAJAYA: Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob can be sure of full support from Umno, which has pledged to work with him to steer the country out of the Covid-19 crisis.Party leaders have pledged to rally behind the new Prime Minister and work together towards economic recovery.
Umno deputy president Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan said there would be no “honeymoon” period for Ismail Sabri, who would have to immediately start work on improving the economy and addressing the Covid-19 pandemic.
