PM pledges to call for GE15 not later than July 2022

PUTRAJAYA: The 15th General Election will be held by end of July 2022 at the latest depending on the Covid-19 situation in the country, says Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin.

“Based on the pandemic situation, I take an oath that the 15th General Election will be held latest by the end of July next year,” he said in a televised live address on Friday (Aug 13).
