Singer Siti Sarah succumbs to Covid-19, her baby survives


PETALING JAYA: Singer Siti Sarah Raisuddin who had been battling Covid-19 while pregnant with her fourth child, has succumbed to the disease while doctors managed to rescue the baby.

According to mStar, the singer passed away at 5.13am on Monday (Aug 9) at the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia Medical Centre, with her death marking a great loss to Malaysia’s entertainment industry.

Siti Sarah, 37, had died without having held her son with whom she was pregnant for eight months.
