KOTA KINABALU: A newborn baby boy was found dead, wrapped in a plastic bag, in the staircase of a commercial shop in Bundusan near here.
Penampang district police chief Deputy Supt Mohd Haris Ibrahim said that a medical team confirmed that the baby had been dead for about six hours when he was found at about 1.10pm on Wednesday (Aug 4).
