IPOH: Kuala Kangsar police deny issuing a compound notice to an individual for distributing aid to the needy, say he had violated standard operating procedure (SOP) under Phase 1 of the National Recovery Plan (NRP).
Kuala Kangsar OCPD Asst Comm Omar Bakhtiar Yaacob said the compound notice was issued for disobeying the SOP under the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act and other related laws that are being enforced.
