KOTA KINABALU: Police are investigating a viral message mocking a police compound notice issued to a person for crossing districts without permission, says Penampang police chief Deputy Supt Mohd Haris Ibrahim.
He said the authorities are investigating the person who spread the message, which can be construed as an act of shaming a senior officer.
