KOTA KINABALU: Upko president Datuk Seri Madius Tangau has proposed that the Emergency ordinance be lifted but rejects the idea of a National Operations Council (NOC).
He said he presented these views during a virtual audience held yesterday with the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
