KLUANG: A jobless man who got 18 years in jail and six strokes of the rotan for raping his seven-year-old niece has apologised for his crime.
Judge Mujib Saroji ordered the man, who pleaded guilty, to serve the jail sentence from the date of his arrest, which was last May 15.
