Rescue workers find body of man who fell from Penang Bridge

BUKIT MERTAJAM: Rescuers have found the body of a 56-year-old man believed to have fallen from the Penang Bridge at about noon on Monday (May 24).

Central Seberang Prai OCPD Asst Comm Shafee Samad said police were alerted to the incident after a patrol unit from the bridge management spotted a car abandoned on the bridge at about 12.42pm.
