Reezal Merican: Pak Lah is doing well, just like before

KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): Former prime minister Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi is in good health and still his jovial self, says Youth and Sports Minister Datuk Seri Reezal Merican Naina Merican.

He said this in a post on his official Facebook page after visiting the country’s fifth premier, who is more affectionately known as ‘Pak Lah’, at his home on Thursday (April 22).

"Usually, I will visit Tun Pak Lah twice a month. Only for the past four to five months, I have not had the opportunity to do so due to the covement control order during the Covid-19 pandemic.

"Tun Pak Lah's is healthy and just his usual self as before. He even joked as we recalled the memories we shared together.

"Of course, my political journey has been guided and shaped by him. In fact, I inherited a big legacy which he built in Kepala Batas," he said through a post on his official Facebook page. - Bernama
