GEORGE TOWN: The Safe@Work initiative by the International Trade and Industry Ministry (Miti) should be made compulsory at the workplace, says Penang Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow (pic).
Chow said the proposed initiative which urges employers to adopt it voluntarily is not good enough to break the Covid-19 pandemic chain, especially in Penang where the industrial sector has 14 active clusters.
