Missing girl found drowned


GUA MUSANG (Bernama): The body of a girl, swept away by strong currents in Nenggiri River, Kampung Pulau Setelu, 30km from here on Friday (March 5) evening, was found at 9am on Sunday (March 7), 15km from where she went missing.

Gua Musang district police chief, Supt Sik Choon Foo said the fully-clothed body of Nur Jannatul Alia Mohd Zamri, 13, was found by villagers floating close to the river bank while they were conducting a search in their boats.
