KOTA KINABALU: Police have arrested a man in Kota Marudu for allegedly molesting his five-year-old granddaughter.
The girl's father claimed in his police report that he saw the man half-naked and touching his daughter inappropriately in their house at Jalan Pekan Lama at about 4pm on Monday (March 1).
