Muhyiddin gets interim injunction against Puad Zarkashi over alleged defamatory statements


KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin has obtained an interim injunction to restrain Datuk Dr Mohd Puad Zarkashi from republishing allegedly defamatory statements over the quarantine order involving the premier on the Umno supreme council member's Facebook page.

Muhyiddin’s lawyer Rosli Dahlan said High Court judge Justice Mohd Firuz Jaffril allowed the ex-parte application by Muhyiddin on Monday afternoon (March 1) in the presence of his two other lawyers, Datuk D.P. Naban and Louis Liaw.
