JOHOR BARU: The government’s decision to allow non-Muslim places of worship to be open for one week, starting from Feb 12, has received positive feedback from groups here.
“It has been a challenging time for temples all over the country as they suffer from a lack of income, with fewer people visiting and giving donations to keep these places running, ” said Sri Subramaniar temple chairman K. Arumugan.
