Immigration busts 'nauseating and dirty' illegal sundry shop on first floor of Sg Petani shoplot


ALOR SETAR: Nauseating and too dirty - that was how Kedah Immigration Department director Zuhair Jamaludin described what his enforcement team found when they stumbled on an unlicensed sundry shop on the top floor of a shophouse in Jalan Teratai 1, Amanjaya, Sungai Petani.

The illegal sundry shop operated by undocumented migrants was not only selling grocery items such as live chicken, vegetables and other food items but also selling clothes.
