KOTA KINABALU: A toddler is believed to have been molested by her security guard neighbour at a workers’ quarters at the Sungai Sabang estate in Beluran.
The three-year-old was playing outside her house compound when the suspect, a 47-year-old foreigner, was believed to have called her into his room on Sunday.
