Covid-19: Home Minister Hamzah in stable condition, being treated at UMMC, says his office


PUTRAJAYA: Home Minister Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin (pic), who tested positive for Covid-19 on Jan 12, is in stable condition, says his office.

“Datuk Seri Hamzah is now undergoing treatment and quarantine at the Universiti Malaya Medical Centre. His health status is stable, ” it said in a statement Thursday (Jan 20).

Any announcement on developments in the minister’s health condition will be issued by the office, the statement added.

“The Office of the Home Minister would like to express thanks to all parties who have expressed concern for the minister’s health condition, ” it added.
