No need for shadow Cabinet, Opposition should play a role to check and balance the Perikatan govt, says Warisan

KOTA KINABALU: There is no need for the national Opposition to form a shadow Cabinet but instead act as a check and balance to the Perikatan Nasional government, says Warisan Deputy Youth chief Ismail Ayub.

He said that it was not the time to play politics and it was important to focus on assisting the people who are faced with multiple challenges during the current Covid-19 pandemic.
