GEORGE TOWN: Ferry passengers will soon get across the Penang channel in under 10 minutes using fast boat ferries, and there will a maximum of 40 trips a day.
This will be in stark contrast to the aged and breakdown-prone double-deck ferries, which can take over 20 minutes to cross.
