KUANTAN: The High Court here will decide on Dec 23 whether it will hear the application by 204 durian planters for a judicial review on the authorities' decision to evict them.
The decision on the application for leave by the first batch of 110 planters was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday (Dec 9).
