YWP says suing Wong in his personal capacity, not as PAC chairman

KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): Yayasan Wilayah Persekutuan (YWP) says it is not challenging the parliamentary Public Accounts Committee (PAC) but is taking legal action against its chairman Wong Kah Woh in his personal capacity for allegations he had made against the foundation.

In a statement, YWP claimed the Ipoh MP had made three false allegations in his personal capacity against YWP which had undermined its credibility.
