‘Turn YWP into a statutory body’

STRUCTURAL changes should be made to Yayasan Wilayah Persekutuan (YWP), including turning it into a statutory body that will free it from political interference, said the Public Accounts Committee (PAC).

These were among the recommendations made by the bi-partisan parliamentary committee which investigated 97 sale transactions on Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) land, including Rimba Kiara land.
