‘Fine-tune testing proposal’


PUTRAJAYA: The Human Resources Ministry has been asked to fine-tune its proposal on compulsory Covid-19 screenings for foreign workers – where initially those in certain states will be asked to comply, Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said.

This would involve 1.7 million workers and testing in stages was suggested to ensure labs could cope with the workload, he said.
