IPOH: An insurance agent has claimed that she was wrongfully summonsed for using her mobile phone while driving.

Sau Peng Wan, 36, said she was stopped at a police roadblock on Jalan Sultan Nazrin Shah on her way to Greentown from Gunung Rapat at about 6pm on Oct 15.
